REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within several business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.
For returned items. If a defective or wrong product is sent due to our negligence or the package is lost due to the error of the courier company, we will resend a new product or replacement product for the customer for free, and all costs will be borne by us.
For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, we reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, we recommend that customers confirm the required products and related order information twice as much as possible when purchasing. If you need to cancel the order or modify the order. Please contact us within hours after purchase. We will contact relevant departments immediately after receiving your email or phone call within working days to inquire about order processing and transportation. If possible, we will cancel the order or modify certain information in the order. Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the ”Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Once the product enters the manufacturing process or is delivered to the logistics company for transportation, refunds are not supported. You need to contact us for a refund or return after receiving the product.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Processing time: 2-7 days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
